Furniture Painting Workshop for Beginners

Beginners Furniture Painting Workshop (full day) 10:00 AM - 4:00 PM £125 per person
 
Transform your own small piece of furniture in just a day! From initial preparation to taking home your freshly painted project, you will learn all about how best to achieve a professional finish and pick up useful hints and tips throughout the day. Perfect if you're new to furniture painting or have tried painting furniture before and not achieved the outcome you wanted.

You will leave with a beautiful freshly painted piece and the confidence to upcycle other pieces in your home.
 
NB: We will not be showing you how to achieve decorative finishes in this workshop.  This will be addressed in future workshops.
 
What sort of furniture should you bring?
The item should not be too small or too large.  You will need to be able to carry it to and from your car easily.  So items like side tables, coffee tables bedside tables or trolleys are good options.  If in doubt, please get in touch.  Try to ensure the item has not been painted previously, is free of wax and not too dirty as we would like you to be able to complete it in the day.  
 
Other information
Please arrive a good 10 minutes before the start of the workshop so that you have time to bring your furniture in and get yourself set up.  You can also bring your item any day during the week prior to The Revamp Shack and leave it with us.
 
The maximum number of attendees at this workshop is 6.  This will ensure plenty of one to one assistance and discussion where necessary.
Ensure you wear old clothes and shoes that you don’t mind being paint splattered – accidents do happen!!
